How to pay
Once you have made your selection you will be guided through the payment process. The method of payment on our web site is by credit card. We do not capture or store your credit card details, only the authority from our bank that your credit card payment has been approved. If you authorize a recurring donation, your credit card details are stored by our payment processor in accordance with payment card industry standards.
The cards we accept
We accept Visa and Mastercard cards via a secure payments system which is linked directly to our bank who will authorize all credit card payments. We can accept cards issued in Australia or overseas.
Donations can be made by direct debit. Please use the following details:

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
We issue an automatic email receipt with a copy of the payment information received from our Bank for each order or donation. Donations of $2 and more are tax deductible.
Refunds and cancellations
A refund may be available if you make an error in your donation. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or donation. If you make an error, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 03 6326 3344 as soon as possible.
Currently, New Horizons merchandise is purchased by special order 3 times a year. Please contact the office for information.
There may be unavoidable occasions when:
• All or part of your order cannot be fulfilled
Where part of your order cannot be fulfilled at all you will be advised by Icon Sports Merchandise as soon as possible by email or telephone.
All products sold or hired out by New Horizons Tasmania must be: fit for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied; acceptable in appearance and finish; free from defects; safe; and durable.
You can return an item to us if: it’s faulty; it’s incorrectly described; it’s different from a sample shown; it doesn’t do what we said it would do; or it’s not of an acceptable quality.
If the product is unsafe, can’t be fixed within a reasonable time, or You simply would not have bought or hired it given the nature of the defect, we’ll offer an exchange, repair or refund.
If the product is assessed to be faulty or unfit for its intended purpose, refunds will be issued using the same method as your original payment.
