A Director since 2023, Matthew is passionate about applying his executive leadership skills to the Tasmanian community. Currently the Operations Manager at Bridgepro Engineering, Matthew is responsible for the operational delivery of one of the region’s major employers. His journey from the trades to overseeing multi-million dollar infrastructure projects has instilled in him a pragmatic, results-driven approach to governance. Having completed the Tasmanian Leaders Program and the Foundations of Leadership, Matthew is dedicated to fostering growth and excellence within New Horizons Tasmania.
