Personal Assistant to the CEO (Launceston preferred)

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, helping coordinate operations, stakeholder engagement, and project timelines. 

Key tasks include:

  • Managing the CEO’s calendars, travel, inbox and meetings
  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and internal comms
  • Liaising with external partners and stakeholders
  • Supporting project timelines and internal communications


Events & Fundraising Officer

Take the lead on planning and delivering events that raise vital funds and awareness for our programs.

Key tasks include:

  • Managing events like our annual gala and community fundraisers
  • Developing creative fundraising campaigns
  • Coordinating event logistics and volunteers
  • Seeking sponsorships, donations, and writing grant applications

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Lead the development and delivery of marketing and communications that raise awareness of our programs, strengthen our brand, and engage our community.

Key tasks include:

  • Creating and managing content across social media, email, and website platforms
  • Developing creative campaigns that support fundraising and program goals
  • Managing media relations and external communications
  • Designing promotional materials and ensuring consistent brand messaging
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics
  • Supporting internal communications and storytelling across the organisation
