Beginners Pool Program

The program for beginner swimmers who are eager to learn new skills but most importantly, build confidence and a sense of independence in the water.

Includes:

• Development of basic swimming skills including strokes, treading water and breath control
• Support in the water from volunteers in a calming, enjoyable and safe environment

Suitable for new swimmers.
